New vehicle buyers
Anyone buying a new Volkswagen is eligible to purchase a Volkswagen Care Plan1. Ask about bundling your Volkswagen Care Plan with your finance.
Current vehicle owners
You are eligible to purchase a Volkswagen Care Plan1 if your vehicle has not yet had it first scheduled service and is no more than 15 months old with less than 22,500 km on the odometer with the exception of:
- MY18 to current Crafter vehicles and MY21 and MY22 Amarok vehicles which are 30,000 km/15 months; and
- ID. 4, ID. 5 and ID. Buzz which are 37,500 km/27 months.
- MY25 to current Transporter and eTransporter vehicles which are 37,500 km/15 months.

- Volkswagen technicians will work on your vehicle and will only use Volkswagen Genuine Parts®.
- All parts come with two years warranty3.
- Volkswagen’s safety and diagnostic check.
- Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA)4 – each time you return to an Authorised Volkswagen Dealer to perform the included Scheduled Services in your Care Plan1, you will receive up to 12 months (petrol, diesel, plug-in hybrid and eTransporter vehicles) or up to 24 months (other electric vehicles) SIRA.

- Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) can take up to 48 hours to be applied to your vehicle. SIRA membership is provided by 365 Assistance Pty Ltd ABN 59 160 076 200 trading as ‘365 Assistance’ (‘365’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your SIRA membership, you will be making that request to 365 Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners-service/service-repairs-parts/roadside-assist.html. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
- ServiceXpress is available at participating Volkswagen Dealers only. ServiceXpress servicing within 60 minutes applies to select services scheduled to occur every 12 months/15,000 KM (whichever occurs first) for all models except MY21 and MY22 Amarok vehicles, which are scheduled to occur every 20,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first), and MY25 to current Transporter vehicles, which are scheduled to occur every 30,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first). ServiceXpress is not available for Crafter vehicles. On certain models the transmission needs to be serviced (usage/time based), which can take an additional 30 minutes. Any additional work required, may incur extra costs and time.
